Chair Yoga

Yoga provides exercise for the mind and body. Yoga can provide you with a way to release your stress, help improve your mood and feel more balance in your life.

This class is designed for those of you that may have practiced yoga in the past or to invite you to try this ancient art.

Chair Yoga is designed to provide a similar experience to the traditional mat class.
