Keeping yourself both mentally and physically active, pursuing new relationship and maintaining old ones are the focus of The Memory Tree program.

Intellectual stimulation is offered through lectures and workshops. Emotional needs will be addressed through discussion groups, where feelings can be shared, and techniques learned to help cope with their illness. Maintaining one’s physical health is offered with chair yoga classes. Our goal is to incorporate education, the arts and building new relationships to enrich your day.
