The Memory Tree has created a unique program that follows current research findings that show that physical and mental activity and social interaction stimulate the brain and body to create new neural pathways. By mixing different types of activities in each session we fight mental and physical complaisance. Our program encourages social interaction through structured classes, as well as less formal discussions and parties.
